Yes. Independent and above can remove AnimalBooking branding through the Booking Website branding controls, giving you a fully white-label customer experience on your own domain.

Yes — the Starter plan is free forever. You only pay a 3% platform fee when a customer pays you through the platform. Stripe's processing fees are separate and set by Stripe. No hidden costs.

You get full access to your chosen paid plan (Independent, Teams, or Pro) for 90 days — no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on that plan or drop to Starter.

AnimalBooking charges a platform fee on eligible online payments processed through the platform. The current platform fee depends on your plan: Starter — 3%, Independent — 2%, Teams — 1.5%, Pro — 1%. This is AnimalBooking's fee and is separate from any payment-processing fees charged by Stripe.

No. Stripe's payment-processing fees are separate from AnimalBooking's platform fee. Stripe charges its own processing fee for online card payments based on the payment method, card type and Stripe's current pricing. AnimalBooking does not control Stripe's processing rates.
